Support
Last updated 17 August 2026. A real person reads every email.
Email support@nellanswers.com. That is the whole system. You will get a reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. There is no ticket number, no phone tree and no form to fill in.
Cancel your subscription
Email support@nellanswers.com with “Cancel” in the subject line. That is all that is needed. We do not ask why, we do not try to talk you out of it, and we confirm by email once it is done.
If you have not been charged yet, cancelling means you never will be, and your card details are deleted. If you have been charged, see the next section.
Get a refund
Email support@nellanswers.com with “Refund” in the subject line.
- Before your first payment: there is nothing to refund. Cancelling is enough.
- Within 30 days of your first payment: full refund, no questions.
- If Nell never launches: you are never charged. If you somehow have been, you get every penny back.
The full terms are in the refund and pre-order policy, and nothing on this page overrides it.
“I do not recognise this charge”
If you are looking at a payment to NELLANSWERS on your statement and are not sure what it is, here is the short version.
Nell is an automated telephone receptionist for UK clinics. She answers inbound calls and books appointments into the booking system the clinic already runs. At some point you reserved a place at nellanswers.com and started a monthly subscription. Your card was saved at that point but not charged. The first payment is taken only once Nell launches for you, which is why the charge can appear months after you signed up.
If that was not you, or you have changed your mind, email us before contacting your bank. We will refund it the same working day, which is faster than a chargeback and a great deal less hassle for both of us.
Anything else
Questions about whether Nell works with your booking system, when she launches, how set-up works, or what she sounds like: same address. Most of these are already answered in the FAQ.
Data protection requests, including access, correction and deletion, are covered in the privacy policy. Send those to the same address and we will respond within one month, as the law requires.
Who you are dealing with
Nell is a trading name of James Barkway, a sole trader, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. Email support@nellanswers.com.
Nell has not launched yet. Reserving a place is a pre-order, and the estimated launch is November 2026. The terms of service, privacy policy and refund and pre-order policy all apply.
